If you need any measurements, please let us know and we will be more than happy to measure an exact garment for you. Most of our dresses are made in the UK and are generally true to size.
Length is usually measured approximately from shoulder to hem.
As we stock items from various suppliers the graph below is to be used as a guide and may vary slightly, for exact measurements get in touch and we will personally measure the item for you.
Top tips for measuring:
Bust: Measure the fullest part of the chest.
Waist: Measure from the smallest part of the waist.
Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hip. Normally approx 20cm from the waistline and over your bottom.
Q) How much do MySBoutique charge for delivery?
The amount we charge does vary depending on where you are in the world. Prices are as follows:
U.K. - This includes all U.K. destinations, including the Highlands and Islands, Jersey, Shetland, Orkney and all others with a U.K. postal code. Please see the postal code exclusions on our shipping and returns page. Shipping is FREE in the U.K. on orders over £50.
Super Saver £1.95 - 3-5 Working Day Service
Standard Delivery £3.95 - 1-3 Working Day Service.
Next Day U.K. Shipping £6.95 - Order before 3 p.m. on a weekday for delivery before 1 p.m. next working day.
Europe and The Republic of Ireland - £6.95
The Rest of the World - £12.95. This includes the USA, Australia, Canada, Russia and the UAE.
Q) Do you accept returns?
Yes, we certainly do! In the unfortunate event that you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it to use for a full refund or an exchange. You must return within 14 days of your order arriving for this to apply as in line with our returns policy.
All items must be unworn with tags still attached, in the original packaging. All returns are inspected upon arriving back with us. If the returned goods are found to be faulty, defective or not the original product ordered, we will refund the total cost of the item returned AND the original postage cost. Unfortunately, we do not refund postage if a buyer has changed their mind or if the item does not fit.

Q) What happens once my order is placed?
Order before 3 p.m. on weekdays for same day dispatch. All order placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
We package all orders to our own boutique standards. The estimated delivery date for your fabulous new items will be in your order confirmation email - please allow until this date for your order to arrive. If you have requested a tracked service then the tracking number will be sent with your dispatch email.
