Q. Do You Accept Returns?
Yes, we certainly do. RETURNS POLICY In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the original order.
All items must be unworn, in a resalable condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packing. All returns are inspected.If the returned goods are found to be faulty, defective, or not the ordered product, we will refund the total cost of the item plus the original postage. We unfortunately do not refund postage if a buyer has changed their mind or if the item does not fit.
We do offer exchanges, you will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first. Once received we will contact you to arrange an exchange. If you wish to return an item, simply email us email@example.com quoting your order number and we can provide you with all the info you need.
Q. What Happens Once My Order is Placed ?
Order before 2pm for SAME DAY Dispatch - Monday to Friday, all orders placed on Sat & Sun will be dispatched on a Monday.
We will package your items to our own boutique standard, the estimated delivery date for your beautiful new things will be in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive.If you have requested a tracked service then the tracking number will be send with your dispatch email, if this date has passed or you are unable to track your order by clicking here please contact us for assistance firstname.lastname@example.org

Q. Where Can I find Your Size Guide?
We sell products from various brands and manufacturers. Sizing, therefore, can vary from one item to another.
All items pictured will give a clear description of the item and also what size the model is wearing. If you need any measurements, let us know & we will be more than happy to measure an exact garment for you. Most of our dresses are made in the UK & generally true to size.
Bodycon dresses that have a stretch are measured as the fabric falls & does not include the stretch of the fabric.
Where length is stated, this is generally measured from the hip for a more accurate measurement, again if you have any questions let me know.
As we stock items from various suppliers the graph below is to be used as a guide and may vary slightly, for exact measurements get in touch and we will personally measure the dress for you.

Top tips for measuring:
Bust: Measure the fullest part of the chest.
Waist: Measure from the smallest part of the waist.
Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hip. Normally approx 20cm from the waistline and over your bottom.
